Just weld in a standard EJ engine cradle and drop in a 180+ hp ej engine. Either EG33, or turbo'd ej22

The problem with the EJ engines is that I would have to completely redesign the entire front end, and I would also lose my 4wdnah, don't want any of that.

The Kubota will literally drop into my engine bay, with only minor fabbing of 1 motor mount( my buddy has the Kubota in his shop for me to mess with )
nah, you wouldn't lose your 4wd, nor have to redesign the front end.
Some plate steel, a welder and some beer and a free weekend should do it.

4 inch would be too much, maybe 3 max, more than likely 2.5
I wish I was rolling all cylinders right now It would be a lot more fun offroad with the EF12 that is in it if it had some nuts behind it. I am usually 1st gear pinned @ 6k majority of a really rough and steep ascent :drunk:
No 4in is perfect, at least the tip. A six cylinder with an 8in tip is sweet so by logic you cut that in half for 4in haha. That would be sweet. You can't argue with the low end torque of a diesel.

So, I found out what it is perfect forYou should snag one from a Suzuki dealer, or, I might be able to snag you one on the cheap since I work for one, lol. I haven't decided what exactly it will hold, but I do think it added some ruggedness to Rusty
