Oh snap! HAHA sorry I didnt even notice :bonk:. Dont worry I will do your name justice!

Looks like you installed the rear sti sway could u feel the difference?
Dude...huge difference. It's so stiff in the back...if Im going up on a hill and make a turn on a flat surface...I get on two wheels b/c the rear is so stiff. I would say do that as your first mod...cheap and huge difference

UPDATE

Alright if you looked back at page 1...I bought the EZR exhaust that's been selling on this forum. Let me just say this first...it's an awesome exhaust...not to loud but it really brings out the rumble in our cars. Anyways story time.

So I tried to install the exhaust myself b/c exhaust are VERY simple to install. When my car was originally purchase it came with an STI exhaust from previous owner. Well the car was suppose to come with a Greddy EVO2 exhaust but the ower took it off prior to selling me the car and slapped on the STI exhaust :letitout:DIRTY:letitout:. Well it comes that I find out they did an even dirtier thing...they welded the exhaust straight to the catalytic converter WTF! I lifted my car up...took off the hangers and pulled tried to pull that sucker off(FAILED). Not to mention the exhaust is rusted to hell including the bolts.

Fast Forward to today...

Had no choice but to bring it to a shop. The guy at the shop looked at it and was like "WTF, these people did you wrong." The exhaust was welded straight to the cat with no flange:confused::confused:. So the Shop torched the rusted bolts from the axle back and had to cut the pipe that was welded straight into the cat. The shop then welded a flange to the cat so I was able to take off my exhaust as needed.

This is him burning what was left of pipe and welding on the flange.

Sorry for the crappy camera pictures. All I had on me was my 2g Iphone LOL. Ill take better pictures once the weather gets alittle better down here.

usually the cheap shops that just do cats dont carry flanges they just cut out your old cat and weld in the new one. post a sound clip of the exhaust.
Yea whoever did the STI exhaust on my car obviously just wanted a quick job and get done with it to sell it to me. Bastards

I love this car, can't wait to see how it looks with the new front end components.
It's coming soon.....:clap::clap::clap:

Bought a pair of foglights off a member here and just took a quick shot of the car. Not sure If I'm feeling the yellow tint to it. Only reason I want them is so my foglights don't crack LOL. What do you think?

UPDATE:

Ordered the TIC Linkage to fix the infamous wobbles in our car. I'm just gonna say, this was one of the most painful installs I've done yet to this car. It took me two days to do it because I ran into MANY problems. Took so long because of those damn Pins in the linkage. Somehow i managed to get my tool stuck while trying to push out the pin. I took a dremel to it and had to actually cut the tool and used a smaller size to push out the rest. PAIN IN THE ASS. I will NEVER do this install again, but I do have to say that the results are night and day difference. The shifter feels like it should and I'm glad I did the install. I would highly recommend this install to everyone.

Here they are side by side.

Here is where all the wobble comes from. A side by side comparison. There is a huge gap in the OEM one compare to the TIC one.

HAHA thanks! From our very own venders here Bakemono-Imports. Great vendors! And it fits like a glove.

Update: I already made a separate thread for this, but I went out to watch a photoshoot unravel and I ended up becoming the photographer LOL. I only had time to take a couple snaps of my black RS and riddlinkidd66 car. Enjoy!
