My PCV valve is basically seized on and im planning on using some PB blaster to get it lose. My question is, is it dangerous to use pb blaster in my engine bay? I know its flammable so is the heat from the engine something i have to worry about?

Negatory. You can even spray it on your exhaust and it will smoke, but will not burst into an uber-awesome fireball consuming an entire city block and everything in it.
Half the time on my car I use PB Blaster and a propane torch, and even then I barely see more than smoke. You'll be good.
