Every car I find on here running 245s is using super stiff coilovers to prevent rubbing. That's not a compromise I'll accept... I will roll and pull but I don't want to do flares.

Im running KYB AGX struts, Eibach P1LL red springs (they're redesigned after the Prodrive P1 reds, to perform better on our shitty US roads), Whiteline front camber adjustable front mounts, and JDM STi rear mounts. Couldn't be happier with the ride height, adjustability, and ride quality. Perfect balance as far as Im concerned.

I feel left out! After test fitting a warranty exchange and kinda liking the look of them, i went ahead and collected a set of four. two or three needed to be repaired in one way or another. Never got around to actually getting tires mounted. If I had kept the car on coil overs I could have ran them, but being on convential there was no way these 18's were working 🤣 They're 2017-2019 Impreza sport wheels.

If I ever get successful enough to be able to afford two sets of tires, I'll probably mount some blizzaks on them to have a winter set for my 3.6R.

Those go against every "rule" I have for wheels on a GC but somehow they actually look great! Bizarre, but great nonetheless :ROFLMAO:

Also just noticed your change in signature, hope you found either a more comfortable or more profitable occupation
I didn't think I was going to like it as much as I did when I put that first one I got on, but I think it works because the car is silver with black trim. Don't think it would look near as good on the other colors.

It was mostly a management problem at this last place I was at. whom actually ended up quitting shortly after I walked but not before talking shit about me to a shop I had applied at. But oh well, 6 shops in the same number of years so I was basically always the 'new' guy and got the shit work that didn't make hours. But hey, I was able to 'install' a $7,000 counter top in my tiny apartment kitchen 🤣 Hoping that being out of the shop brings the passion back and I'll have my 3.6 supercharged sooner than later 😅
