JDM in-fender coolant tank

I recently got a JDM in-fender coolant expansion tank and I was hoping that someone would help me understand something.

The JDM tank has two hoses coming out, one out of the cap, and another out towards the bottom, where as the original tank only has one hose coming out. How do I connect the JDM one? Where are the two hoses go to?

the one on the bottom is the one you plug into where your old one did and the top one just stays like that, it is for if it gets overfilled

^Beat me to it. The hose coming off the cap is just for run off to the fender and the lower one connects to your radiator. You could switch over to your old cap if you feel you're not going to be pushing too much coolant out but I'd just get new 3/8 lines and route it better.
