Sure there's alot of pictures of engine bays scattered but post em here in one spot :wtf:

Just wanna see all the homemade, AVO, Ludespeed, Minnam, engine swap or whatever you have engine bays.

Here's my ugly messy engine bay, dunno if I'm going to leave the DFU's where they are, planning on making a new intake here soon aswell.

I'm in the works of getting a 2.5 RS...this is the engine of the one i am in the process of getting..it's a JDM EJ20 motor swap!

Here's a pic of my engine bay...my engine is fucking dirty I need to clean it...
My home made kit, this weekend I am going to put the car on jacks and install my radiator, I will also post pics of my up & downpipe they came out beatiful! thanks to Sean at Suby specialties...

so yeah, this is my non turbo, ghetto beast. But it is an engine bay, and i did have to do a little custom work to get the intake to fit, lol. pretty much i just wanted to post a pic. :lol:

ok, i have a question tho, my battery moves around easily, isn't it supposed to be bolted down or something?

Hey Kastle what tranny are you running, b/c that's what I am planing on doing that converstion, also are you running the STi diff's?

STi Ver 4 RA, with 4.44 rear diff. Non-STi because I can still use the WRX/RS axles.

Lower wastegate boost. The td04(wrx turbo) runs at 8psi, the XT wastegaste runs at... 6psi.

Cool I was hoping that was going to be the answer, I've been tring to figure out how I am going to lower the boost. I dont know too much about the XT's is there anything special I should look for? or year?

Well, this is current.... except that in a couple of weeks, it will be a stock WRX motor.... for the time being.... :burnout: I just wanna feel the difference with every mod.

No Frank, he has a short ram and two cold air intakes... duh.

some guy at the gas station this morning asked me if I had a true cold air intake when he saw my front mount. ***.

Now that's some funny shit! Hey do you still need the stock Airbox? also where did you get your fuel rails and injectors from? I think I might be upgrading those soon, and the Stand Alone...I know Vishnu makes a kit but I am exactly sure where I can get it from...

Nope, don't need it. I'll have my WRX motor Friday. I'll try to take a pic of my makeshift intake. I took off the flex joint in my intercooler piping and threw on a rather large K&N filter. Your rails should be fine for the boost you can run on the stock block. Pick up some WRX injectors and cut them, once you have a fuel management solution.

my injectors are siemens, I bought them direct from some usa motor head shop
cheaper than RS.

the fuel rails i got from a Subaru Sandrail builder in Orange (CA.)
He has everything but hates dealing with people (go figure)

I'm selling my car.. interested?
