To the best of my knowledge no one makes a full kit. You seem to get the front or the back. Someone might have put one together and sell them that way. I just know I had to get all my stuff from two kits.

 

when i did the rears on mine, i used whiteline for the lateral link bushings, and turninconcepts for the trailing arm bushings

to the best of my knowledge it will require some mixing and matching - closest I've found from a well known source is Powerflex or Superpro

the only fully complete kit I'm aware of is STi Grp N but it is not urethane, it's a denser compound rubber. Used to have it on my GC but it was installed when the car was new (less than 100 miles on her), so it's basically all I knew on the car.

what size bushings should i buy for an 01 gc8 25mm or 30mm?

 

I used a kit for the 02+ WRX and about 90% of the bushings worked for me. I had to modify a couple of the sway bar bushings, but I was very happy with the end result. Alas, still no trailing arm bushings.
