Getting me suspension and was wondering if a kyb excel would work with swift spring on my obs 1997. Been going around and looking for info but can't get a stable information. Please do help. Also if the springs won't work on my ons what other springs would be great that is good in pricing. I'm planning to spend about 300-400 on springs alone. Thanks!

If both the struts and springs you are looking at are ordered for your year of impreza there should be no problem. I'm running KYB AGX's and Ground Control Sleeves. I think its a pretty sweet set up.

Johnny, get ground control group buy from Z performance, you won't be disappointed.

Thanks guys for the info! So I did ask to order a 97 impreza series that was meant for the gc but I know that majority of the gc is interchangeable with gf. So i hope it works ahha. For the ground control, I do not know what that is because I'm new to the suspension set up

Some things to consider:

-What kind of driving you will/want to be doing
-Daily Driver
-Weekend Warrior
-Types of Roads near your area
-Wheel/Tire Sizing
-Do you want adjustability
-Comfort vs "Looks"
-Address the ass-sag issue
-May need to roll fenders if going low
