Steering column movement problem *video included*

So I'm having a little play in my steering wheel column... it moves up and down half a inch. I realized I am missing washers to where the column bolts to the dash bar but I doubt that is the solution to the column moving.

Is there anything else I'm missing?

Found the issue... thanks to Rokkit

Incase someone else has this issue:

it's the bushing in your firewall, you need to remove the column, insert the bushing into the firewall and then put the column back in without knocking the bushing out remove the steering knuckle from the side farthest away from the rack since it's notched then when you get the column back in put blue locktite on the bolt. It will go from the outside in
