I'm pretty sure those won't fit. The giveaway is where the ad says they are used with drip rails. For a car without factory roof rails (sedan) you'll need something like Yakima q-towers and the correct clips. Visit this site to get an idea of what you'll need.

It's hard to tell from the pictures if it can be made to work on your car. The key phrase being,"made to work" because rack options are very limited for the RS coupe and sedan.
It lookes like a thule set, from looking at the square bars. Get some better pictures and get a better idea of what it will take to make them function..

 

I doubt they will work for the same reason as thejapino... Follow his advice, there are lots of resources out there to find out which racks will work.

You probably need to get one of the universal systems like the yakima Q towers or whatever the Thule equivalent is.
