A couple months ago, I noticed an occasional difficult idle upon starting my car. It would stammer for a while and then go on to idle normally. Fast forward to last Friday, when the startup idle was more sluggish than ever and my check engine light blinked about 10 times before staying on. I haven't drive the car, but the idle seemed a little better during the couple times I've started the car this weekend.

I'm taking the car to a mechanic either tomorrow or Tuesday, so I'd like to be able to have an idea of what's wrong beforehand. Has anyone else experienced this before???
