I have 01 Rs and the car runs rough when I have my MAP sensor plugged in....

When I Unplug it it runs OK

I have bought a NEW MAP sensor from the dealer and SAME thing on the new one....

It will NOT run good with MAP plugged in????

What To do here?

An '01 RS does not have a MAF sensor. So you need to take the one some guy sold you and stick it up his arse.

Edit: Saved by the profile, which says you have an RSTi, so I arse-sume you have a turbo swap. If the new MAF doesn't help the problem, then you either have a massive vacuum leak or another bad MAF sensor. Or a wiring issue. Do you have a stock intake and/or any sort of aftermarket tune?

If its in the intake manifold then yes MAP if its before the throttle body then MAF

If you replaced the MAP sensor and still having issues need to look at other sensors. Most likely the O2 or the TPS i would think. Also might not be a bad map sensor to beging with unplugging the MAP will usually cause most cars to go in open loop/limp mode.
