That is pretty irritating. At least the person knew the WRX was an Impreza, seems like most new WRX owners glance over that little fact.

I don't think he was stereo typing, just pointing out some facts. Knowlege of the history of the cars you are selling/working on is not mandatory, although there are techs (like you) who are true enthusiests and know their stuff. But I'll bet you have worked with someone at some time who knew squat about the cars he was dealing with, and just bs'd and used big words he heard on a commercial to make it sound like he did.Hndatch627 said:
