How loud is the apexi? do you have a silencer for it? how much cash on top of the stock exhaust? I have a stock header/cat section and a modified wrx Catback on my car i might be willing to trade.

Also what size pipe? I'm located in northern va.

no silencer, think its 2.5 inch but not sure...it has been on since I bought the car. ill let you know though.
