I have a 2000 2.5RS and I have way too much condensation
on my back windsheild. I also have a lot of moisture in the trunk. Could it possibly be from the new taillights not being sealed correctly? This sh*t has got to stop. Is there any easy way to fix it?

Do you have your AC/heater on Refresh or on Recirculate? You're gonna need fresh air to rid of window condensation, and I don't think it's your rear taillights. When you open your windows, does it go away?

The easy way to check is to lift your trunk carpet. Is there water in there? If so, they you've got a leak with the trunk seal or taillights. if not, then the re-circulate switch may be the culprit.

if you've installed new tail lamps...
how did you reseal them????

you REALLY have to seal them well in order to stop the moisture build up.... what did you use?

i'd re-do or add more silicone to the sealed areas...

it worked

I resaeled the taillights with silicone from my friends shop.
The refresh switch seems to have worked for the last couple of days. Ihave no fog.
But them again it hasn't rained or snowed either.
I'll have to wait and see...
