Alright, someone help me please....

Is it legal to have a windshield banner in NJ? I asked in the Car werks forum, no one responded from NJ... so maybe you guys can help me.

I use to have one...not sure if they are legal or not, never got busted for it...

in pa as long as it isnt more than 4" down from the top of
the windshield its legal,on some windshields theres also a
mark(usuall an "ase" symbol) around the same distance down on the outtr part of the windshield.but like anymod its reall luck of the draw on who you get decideing if its legal or not

i took mine off...the police around here really frown upon us street racing ricers haven't said anything about my exhaust yet, i don't think they believe that sound is coming from my car, how could such a little car make such a deep earth shaking rumble? hehe

guess they are used to the hondas going by going BLAAAAAAAAAAT
