I am going to swap my rs with an sti engine and I was wondering what clutch would you guys recommend. I will hopefully be in the 400-450 hp range. It will be a daily driver. I dont want somthing to sticky. But when I need to stomp on it i want it to do its job. What would you say is a practical street performance clutch?

What transmission will you be using? You need a clutch that matches your transmission.

I am currently looking for a 6 speed totaled sti, but if I get the sti 5 speed it is what it is. For those two trans what do you guys suggest?

the sti is a push type, so theres the type you need.
ACTs are known to bite HARD, and thats not always a good thing. I would do a stage 2/3 ACT with the 6sp, and maybe an Exedy or ACT stage 2/3 aswell.
