if you want brand new, 1stsubaruparts.com is one of the cheaper OEM site.

Theres a thread somewhere around here with all the part numbers for em.

I think for a full all around set the cost is ~1200 i believe.

for rears you'll have to get the 2 pot adapter as well, runs ~200 for both sides.

ive heard the 4pots up front and H6 in the rear is a good balance and comparatively cheap.

i agree with the price, i would think the rear 2pots would work better, but how much better?

Please run a search, there's gobs and gobs of information about these things...

www.subaruwrxparts.com is another good place. Or www.annapolissubaru.com runs specials sometimes, ask for Jackie.

Rear 2-pots are the same diameter (290mm/11.3") as '00-'04 Legacy (H-6) rotors, only the 2-pot rear rotors (same as what's on 2005+ Legacy GTs) are vented, whereas the H-6 are not. If you're driving on the street, H-6 is more than enough. Nice balance when combined with WRX front rotors, too. Several people have done it, myself included. H-6 is easy too, you just need caliper brackets and rotors. Then just bend back the dust shield, since the rotor won't clear, or just break it off at the spot welds.

^^FYI, that Scoobymods page says you need new brakepads; you in fact should not, since it retains your OEM calipers.

Also, in the future please try to use more coherent thread titles. "Where to buy and how much?" doesn't state, at all, what information you're looking for. Thanks.

I got my '06 4pot/2pots from East Coast Swappers for $1400 or just under $1500 - don't remember exactly. They were almost brand new, and that price included HP+ pads, agency power SS lines, and racing brake rotors.
