cheap and OEM usually dont go together my friend.

I lucked out and bought a OBS dash (same as RS) from a user here for around $100 shipped. Even came with a passenger air bag and did not have a scratch on it.
Just have to look around and luck out...
Gardena? Where abouts in Gardena? I'm in North Redondo. Your best shot would probably be Timmons in Long Beach, or Renick in Fullerton.

dont buy a new dash, its not worth the extra money IMO. just search around until you find a part out or something like that.

If you want it new, use common sense.
The only way you can get a dash for new is through Subaru. Go or call your local dealership and buy one then.

upper dash has an airbag, which is expensive from the dealer, you can try 1stsubaruparts.com but I'm guessing new it will run you close to 1k for the upper and lower dash, and center console.
good luck finding a new one from a 93. i just checked (subarupartsforyou) and all i found for a 93 was just the.... well here you go

yeah, that doesn't even have the larger portions of the dash for sale
well i just called the dealer and he gave me 2 prices... ? 440 and 740 hmm? so i guess i'm going to pay 440 or 740 hehe
I don't think it would come with the air bags, I believe they are sold seperate.
