dont know about a 99. but 00-01's will dyno at about 115 to all four wheels on a dynojet and about 95hp to all four wheels on a clayton. converted to fwd or rwd theyll put down around 128hp on a 2wd dynojet. since the 99 has a slightly lower compression ratio you might wanna subtract a couple horses from those numbers, but the difference between the two model years is minimal to say the least, if there even is a difference. torque #'s tend to be quite a bit higher though. a guy on i-club just dynoed his bonestock 01Rs and his car measured 137 lbs-ft to all four wheels.
