I have a humming noise coming from the wheel well that gets louder when I turn LEFT and moving at higher speeds. On the freeway I can't hear music unless its at 100%. I mean its not deafening but definitely loud. How can you determine what side it's on?
I replaced the passenger side maybe a year ago and I replaced the driver's side axle and wheel bearing a month or so ago. It always made this sound but I assumed it was the axle or the bearing or the alignment ( the alignment was really bad) but it never got better. :( Could it be the passenger side even though it sounds like it's coming from the driver's side?

Have you done the wiggle check with the car in the air? Grab the wheel at 12 and 6 while it's dangling and see if there is any play in it?

There doesn't have to be any noticeable play in order for it to make noise though, it could also be the rears.
