What to use to install Red/Clear tails?

I know people used a bunch of different stuff to re-seal their tailights after they put them on. I need something that won't leak, etc,etc. and where I can pick it up.

I used some black silicone sealant stuff that I bought from an auto parts store. All thsoe suggestions for window sealant are fine too. Removing the tailights is a bitch and a half and usually it helps to have a 2nd pair of hands to help pry them out
