I have not posted recent pics of my car, it now has 17 inch wheels and is lowered. I have three choices I'm debating-
1 leave it lowered and finish setting it up for handling.

2 Raise it again, but do it better, real rally tires and real
suspension.

3 Sell it and get a 2001 legacy gt stick and turbo it. Most likely
start looking for an old impreza to build. (rally style)

What do you guys think, I want to here your opinions!!!

Man, that seems like too much work done to just sell it and start over, but those Legacy GT's have been calling my name as well.

what about the new fast legacy? the one like the B4, that they're thinking about introducing? Sean, I think you know which one I'm talking about? That guy from FHI mentioned it to me at the EVOC, and I talked to you at the Suby Specialties meet... I love the look of those things.

What do you want to do with it? Road race or rally race? Kind of hard to vote on what you should do with it when we don't know whatyou want to use it for. Me, personally, I would go with a more rally setup.

Thanks doc.

It was about 1.5 inchs higher than stock.
I was amazed by how well the agx's handled the jumping.
After beating the car up for over a year the back struts were only slightly bent. The struts are still in the car today and working well.

Hey man, can I tell you one thing....I want to do with my car what your doing with yours!
Question: raing your car that much. How has it compermised your street revenge driving. IE: takign turns hard and all of that. I mean froma stock rs setup does your car feel alot more roll? do you feel less grip? Because I would love to jump my car yet I still wanna auto-x my local street cones. (all jokes ofcourse:D )

DOC,

Putting the cage in made a huge differance. the stiffer chassis lets the suspension do it job much better. With the car raised and no flex the car handles very good. You can throw the car into a controllable drift very easially with the softer rally tires. Once you learn how to use this to your advantage you can make the car handle as good as you have the nerve to drive it. I could corner as fast as I can now(with it lowered) as when it was raised. It was just funner then because It would be in a drift. I got a ticket once for turning right while doing a 55mph drift. He wrote me up for exeb. of speed because he thought I had burned out around the corner.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO LOWER YOUR CAR TO THE GROUND JUST TO MAKE IT HANDLE BETTER!!!!

iF you have any more ?s send me a PM
