I was thinking change my oil, in the subaru dealer sales TOTAL oil 5w-30/40 is a good oil for my scooby (156xxx kms)?
in my country not to much oils to choose, only motul, quaker, castrol, mobil1, liqui moly, shell, elf

currently I'm using Castrol Magnatec 10w-30 but in cold starts make a sound Click click, few minutes in rallenti first two weeks with new oil, before disappear.



another question, I put in the tranny and diff. (5MT) Coastal GL5 75w90 fully syntethic. is a good oil? I don't want to destroy mi transmission hehe

Go with the 5w-30 or 5w-40, and i believe
the Tranny requires a GL4 75w90,

I run full synthetic 5w-30 in the winter, 10w-30 in the summer.
