Up here they're kept on file for 6 months. If you're stopped for the same violation again, you get a ticket, and the warning also turns into a ticket IIRC. After 6 months it completely disappears from your record.

are you sure they do it in PA? i got two written warnings then a couple months later i got a 'police escort' back to my apartment in the back of his cruiser and saw my file he brought up on his comp. nothing on it but a driver improvement class i took two years ago in maryland. surprised that came up and only that came up

I've never heard of anything coming back like that from anyone in Colorado, so it'd probably be a safe bet to write it off in this state anyway.

I never get pulled over, They never seem to catch up with all thier pretty flashing lights blinking all over the place! (joking)

I just drive really good honestly, since I have a driving job and it's my livelyhood. Being a jackass or speeding is not an option for me. This thing stands out enough without me doing anything wrong.
