·I told my friend to buy it. Get the wing, mirrors, and bumper painted, along with replacing the grill and maybe painting the morettes. Do that and it'd be a decent looking car. 
Currently my friend drives all that is unmanly ('91 Civic Si hatchback in teal), and he's looking for an RS.

Not too bad a price, after you add the $250 back in. No way you could leave that yellow on there! Oh, and he says the 2001 was the only year the rear LSD was available; hmm, my 2000 has a read LSD diff, just like the other 2000's. But besides that, not a bad price for a car with only 7k on it. But the yellow has to go!!!

He's got PIAA 520 fogs to fill the holes. I'd be willing to bet that the front end got smushed because he's got morettes, new yellow bumper, and whatever the hell that grill is. hmmm.

Those aren't Morrettes. Those are the ProCarParts version. I don't think they look TOO bad. A bit on the small side but unique nonetheless.
I think he's asking too much for it, personally. If it's a theft recovery, there's likely hacked wires and god knows what else.
If he dropped the price by 2grand AND painted the rest of the car to match the yellow, I might be interested.
You gotta look past all the ad claims and judge the car for what it is. It's definatly NOT the "Ugliest Mother fucking RS" around. It's just not complete yet.

I agree... sad to do that to an rs... Only real color mix I like that I've seen is the silver model with black around the bottom edge and black spoiler.... I think the scoop was black too but I can't remember... gotta go look for that pic now

That looks like an owner of those Honduhs that's always buzzing around where I'm from. Nasty as heck! I wonder if they are actually trying to look good. I wanna go around and take some pictures of them, but hope they don't get mad as they are really trying to get attention. :run:
