I can get a really good deal on a slightly used TXS type H BOV, but I'm wondering if it's going to vent off too much air? I'm running 8 pounds right now, and TXS site says that it's designed for engines running 10-25psi.

Lemme know your thoughts.

Thanks

I thought bigger would be better? You want to let the pressure out so it doesn't hit the butterfly valve on the throttle body and go bouncing back to the turbo, causing all sorts of problems. Wouldn't a big BOV elp with quick spoolup, since there would be no pressure for the turbo to push against? Is there such a thing as too big with BOV's? I'm totaly new at this, so this is a question I guess I should know before buying something!

I would assume that BOV would work. I don't think i've ever actually read of a specific BOV having boost ratings......

Totally forgot about this post

I talked to Phil at TurboXS, and he told me that the BOv would work fine.
