Well, I consider myself smart, but not smart enough to know what to do with that! You need to know a lot about engines to make any sense out of that!
Not that I'm claiming to completely understand it (I don't) but it is essentially a theoretical engine calculator that will give results (power, exhaust temp, etc) for differnet spark advance, fuel type, bore size, etc.
That whole site is nice if you can sort out the over your head stuff.
