Huh, I bought these months ago because I was desperate and somewhat broke and now SCC is putting them on the wrx project car. Go figure. By the way I've got no complaints about 'em and actually like they way the look. Also not a PITA to clean.

At 100 a pop tough to go wrong. Now just a few more pennies for my P1's.

I totally agree! Not only did I get mine even cheaper (~80!) But I believe they are stronger than everybody says.
I bent my supposedly stronger stock wheels like butter with mild dirt road abuse. The indy's have withstood far greater abuse without even the slightest hint of a tweak.

the weight isn't that bad either. maybe 2 lbs more than the stockers.

Yeah, I think you're right. The Techno. Indianapolis is actually the Speedline wheel that turns into the Prodrive P7... for a lot more money. :D

Discount Tire Direct had a few sets of 16" Indy wheels left, a month or so ago, for like $100/each. I wanted to buy them SO badly, but didn't have the money. They're gone now.

I just bought a set of Techno's from rallyperformance.com. One question I forgot to ask...do I need special lug nuts for these?

here's a picture of what I bought--the gold ones. :)

as far as I know any tapered lugs for aluminumwheels should do. Mine came with new lugs, so I haven't tried the originals. Give them a try bit tighten them slowly to se if they fit well before you torque them down.
