I have a 2000 OBS

Is there a difference between OBS MT and RS MT. I've been looking for ratio chart for OBS or even the basic Impreza:bonk:. My OBS trans is on it's the way out. Wont to upgrade, Is It worth putting RS in or just go with one like I have. I have lots of mods lined up for this car.

OBS has a 3.90 gear ratio. The RS should have a 4.11 if I'm not mistaken.

Cool that's what I was looking for. And my car has 4.11 LDS from factory. The RS trans doesn't look like a vary close gear ratio. But I have one lined up for a good price it well have to do for now.

Went to dealer ran the V## and trany tag. I even counted the ring & pin Just to make sure. It's 4.11 there was no tag on diff

Definetly seems to be a 3.90...


Although that number you provided doesn't seem to be listed, however the two closest are 3.90.

OK If front is 3.90 and rear is 4.11 would it even go down the rode. I have note st the front brakes loos and it pushes just as bad as my Accord

All right a little help with the diff then all I can find for # ND1021 The only thing I really found out is it out of legacy with an all whether Package. Is it a good rear or should I find a nether

RS trany in no pablum. Using same rear ind. The car is really nice to drive now. With 13.4 fly wheel. kart boy trany and shifter bushing. Heads and Exhaust next.:flame:
