Strut Help - Searched and Could Not Find

I need JUST the top hat for my front passenger strut since a bolt decided to commit suicide. Where do you guys find these? Can't find any in the classifieds and OEM Subaru sites don't seem to have them. Please help.

Yeah, aren't the studs welded to the top hats?

It makes a clunking noise I'd rather not have.
