rear o2 spacer
The o2 spacer only works on a high flow cat... You can buy a nice mil eliminator (o2 sensor bypass) on ebay for cheap! I had one on my Tacoma with no check engine light for 2 years! Cost me about 20$ shipped, and 20 minutes to install!

The rear o2 sensor only checks if the cat is working, not control your air/fuel or anything like that. But having a check engine light on your car will hurt the power/gas milage! Good luck. PM me if you want a link to the bypass I bought.
