hey yall...
finally going to do the sti tranny swap in my RS.
I already have the EJ257 block. Keeping my EJ251 SOHC Head and just having Delta build me a Cam. Going to completely build my head too. Port polish and build.

Anyways, have been looking online and have been trying to find what parts exactly I need to do the swap. I have come accross lots of posts about people with wrxs doing the sti trans swap but not too many with the Rs trying it.

Here is a parts list that I think is pretty complete with what I need for the swap. Can you guys take a look at it and post if I am missing anything...

LIST:
04-07 sti transmission
Shifter Assembly
Front and rear Hubs
Driveshaft
Flywheel
Rear differentail (which one to buy?)
DCCD module with DCCD switches
Front and rear axles

If I have money left over...maybe 4 pot brakes...

Think all im missing is tranamission mounts and sub frame...no?

I am using the search feature but cant really find what im looking for. I can find ECU pinnouts, wiring, motor swaps, etc... but not really only tranny swap info.

Im pretty new to the forum, maybe I just dont know how to search. Can someone help me out?
