What shift knobs can I buy that will fit the stock shifter(Or Cobb). I really just don't like set screws.

The only direct screw on shift knob is the Kartboy. http://www.kartboy.com Even the STi shift knobs don't fit well.

You could always fill the shift knob with epoxy then stuff it on the arm. If you coat the threads with wax or something it probably would unscrew too.

Knobs that don't fit like stock are easy to put on, so don't limit ure options to wether it fits like stock or not.... i just put a sparco globe-X on, its nice:biggest:

It's not that I can't do it, i would just rather have one that screws on. UM i don't think i'm going to try the epoxy trick, i'd rather use set screws. Does anybody know what the thread size is of the stock shifter(i asssume the cobb is the same)?

I have the Titanium STi knob, and it fit just fine. The plastic adapter also fit the boot perfectly, so I didn't have to buy another one.

A greddy thrust knob will fit a stock shifter and even has the little trim ring but it gets hot in the sun. I think i have a mirror image of the shift pattern etched in my palm now. Just showing my Subaru spirt i guess

There are pics of the KB shift knob. One thing that is nice about it is it has the notch to hold up the boot too.
