On a MY00 RS , I noticed there was some shaking on the airbox on the top part of the engine while it was running. Is that normal? The car ran and drove fine however. I was just curious if that's something that's common or what it could be. Any help would be great, thanks! ^_^

Was it shaking or vibrating? Of course, there's a normal vibration on any engine. As for shaking, was your airbox fully tightened? Other than a loose airbox...couldn't tell ya...

Good luck,

As stated the airbox is attatched to the engine so some shaking is normal, however if you "think" it's shaking too much go ahead and check all the hose clamps and mounting screws. While you are at it make sure all the vacuum hoses under the hood are firmly connected and that none are detached. And finally ensure the all sparkplug wires are firmly connected at both ends.

BTW, my engine shakes more when it's cold;)
