Hey all.. I know most of you don't know me, but I wanted to say HOWDY.

Let me introduce myself. I am a previuos SAAB owner, and I used to be hooked on http://www.saabnet.com. A very informative site where all questions are legitimate whether they have been asked before or not.

Anyway, after I sold my beloved 900 turbo and picked up my 2001 RS, I was disappointed by many of the people posting on the ICLUB.

I can't tell you how refreshing the RS Club is. I hope this place remains an informative, polite, and FUN site to visit for a long time to come!!!

I just registered moments ago, and I noticed that my profile shows 1.8L, bit I have an RS. How do I update that? I checked in the profile update section, but I didn't see any options to change that.

Suggestions?

it's set by posts...when you hit 50 you get a 2.0L...when you hit 100 you get a 2.2 and so on...welcome aboard...and this is what the i-club USED to be like.

haha andy yep i saw that too, i went to the user profile to see if i could change it =)

but alas i saw the sticky and there it was, and reality kicked in, at this rate ill be 1.8L for a while

Should have done a search on that 1.8L thing, it's been asked a thousand times already!!!!:curse:























Just playin' with ya!:lol: That whole "do a search" thing always pissed me off, since most of the people who said that knew the answer, but didn't say it. I would give the answer, than mention the search function at the end of the post for future reference, as some people didn't notice the little search button at the top.

Haha!!! Another Saab owner!

I used to hang out on Saabnet all the time... I had an '89 900 SPG 3door that I blew up at about 25psi..... It went to an early grave and I only recently destroyed the transmission in my '87 900S Sedan.

Good to see another convert!
