rear disc conversion question

94 gc6 rear disc conv. Would like to install 97 legacy rear discs. I have the calipers and rotors. What else EXACTLY will I need?

when i swapped to disc, i also did ss lines, not sure if the drum fitting is different than the disc fitting, so you may need rear brake lines.

also swapped parking brake cables as they came with my swap.
