The Whiteline Diff lock kit is junk, and CEL= Check Engine Light. I have the diff lock kit, while it does reduces clunkig in the driveline, it also transmits alot of gear whine into the cabin..

The diff lock kit is highly recommended for tarmac racing and during an alignment, after which you are suppose to remove.

I had the diff lock bolts in last month for an alignment. I noticed when I had achieved the specified 66 ft/lbs of torque the bolts were not seated but were sticking out ~.25". Was that normal??

FYI... my diff carriage was off by ~.5". It was tedious and fustrating trying to shift it sidesways and backwards to get the bolts in. These puppies offer some assurance the undercarriage is more aligned BEFORE dropping it off at the alignment shop.
