[SR 25 RS]

Long story short, I have 2 ignition coils I want to test but my brother has
my car right now so I figured I could use a multimeter to test them.

What setting on the dial do I set the multimeter to?

I'm going to look it up but if anyone knows the voltate i'm supposed
to get could you let me know, I believe it was between 11 and 15 +/-
and I assume I put + on a coil and - on its matching plug tooth.

It's going to read zero volts if it's not connected to anything. You can only measure resistance. Put the meter on DC Ohms.
