What part of the world are you from? im pretty sure all north american market 3rd gen legacys came with the ej251 so pretty much the same stuff as an rs timing belt headgakets etc. dunno know bout euro or jdm or aussie legacys/libertys. 70k kms is pretty low for a 2001.
Ah, my bad. I live in AUS. The reason the kms are so low is cause the couple who own the car are elderly, and have now both been disqualified from driving due to health. It has regular servicing every 4-8k kms, or every 6-9 months.
if the 2.0 from that era are similiar at all to the 2.5 we got over here, only thing you really need to watch out for is the headgaskets and timing belt/waterpump etc being replaced around 160kms. the factory headgaskets liked to fail prematurely.an updated gasket was relaeased later on. with how low of kms that car has it has still a good bit away from when youd expect them to fail. you might have more luck on a forum more specific to your car aswell.
