I have a 00 rs with the compass package.

Does the center AC vents/bezel with the storage compartment differ from the one I have?

And if so, if you are reading this and have the vents/bezel for the compass and want to sell them, PM me.

Yes, they are different.
The centre vents are one piece with the dash pocket whereas the vents for the compass package are a separate, second piece.

When you purchase the the compass or gauge kit from the factory(most oem websites) it comes with the upper housing and separate surround for the vents.

You will use/remove the actual vents from the "pocket" to reuse . If that makes sense.
