HI everybody! I'm looking to get a new exhaust system done with cats on my 99 RS. I live in Portland, OR and I don't know for sure who does good work around here. I went to a guy in my town and he said that he couldn't change the cats for one reason or another, but I'm pretty sure he was drunk or high when he said that.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
