So I got my urethane hangers yesterday, and took my car to work and put it on my hoist to put them on (God I love being a mechanic sometimes). The midpipe hanger is a real SOB to install, I finally had to drop the whole cat back to get it in place.
I think I've come up with a good, quick way to install them now.
Step 1, remove cat back completely, and all stock hangers.
Step 2, install midpipe hanger to body.
Step 3, roll midpipe into hanger.
Step 4, install inside rear hanger to body, then to muffler.
Step 5, install center hanger (in front of muffler)
Step 6, install outside rear hanger to muffler, then push it up and bolt it to the body (don't forget the steel sleeve from the old hanger)
Step7, pry the exhaust forward if needed, and bolt it back to the cat.
Step 8, be impressed as you find that the exhaust has about 1/10 of the movement that it had before, and doesn't hit the differential now.
