I do not like them! I've talked to 4 different salesmen at steven's creek subaru. They are rude and don't know what they are talking about.
If you ask them as simple question this is what they do:
:run:
They had a WRX on the lot with an STI titanium shift knob and boost gauge. And when i was asking about the STI WRX that will be coming to America soon, the salesmen tried to convince me that this WRX with the shift knob and boost gauge was the STI version...
And as i tried to explain to him what i was talking about, and that this was not the STI WRX he kept telling me it was.
When i was asking them if they had a used legacy on the lot... i had explained exactly which model legacy i was talking about. They told me that they had none... I turned to my right and noticed the exactly legacy i was talking about.
And everytime i've been there, the salesperson just walks away.
One last thing to add...
I was test driving a WRX there last week(no intention of buying it, don't worry i love my RS). I just wanted to see what it was like. So the salesman drives it off the lot, and redlines every gear, i might add that the WRX currently only had 93 miles on it, and as far as i know you're not supposed to take the car over 3,000 rpm for the first 1,000 miles of a new stick car. He eventually pulled over and let me drive. I was shifting at 3,000 when i drove it. And the salesman got mad at me and told me to at least shift at 5,000.
Now i must say if i were looking to buy a WRX, i certainly WOULD NOT have purchased it after seeing them redline every gear. I mean do they really just not care that much?
Sorry for the rant... just stating my experiences..
