Well, it's not a done deal yet, but it is most likely to become a reality. The STAC believe the STS is too competitive with it's AWD and therefore should be allowed. It is important to note that the FASTRACK says "should" STX become a national class. I don't think the numbers have been too great this year, but not positive. May mean we've got a year left in STS, but I doubt it. Some "people" really want the Subies out. Seems that since they are not winning, they gotta blame it on something. Maybe they should concentrate on driving and quit blaming someone elses equipment.

On a sarcastic note, since Will K. won back to back National events in his Escort, maybe they'll ban the Escort because it's too competitive!

well that is just a boat load of horse crap. The 2.5 made STS, and keeps STS popular. I never see an RS win just because it is an RS. The guys are good drivers! STX is no place for the RS. What sense does that make? Make 'em run with the REX??? Some people just bitch too much.

Doesn't bother me. I already beat WRXs times in STX and DS (in DS they're on R-compounds). If you ask me the WRXers should beg the SCCA not to let us in. We'll make them look quite silly as we kick their butts around the autox course in our underpowered NA 1st gens.

it sucks, but i look forward to rallyx. :D plus, i try my best not to look at the time from other people. just trying to work on my driving... :)
