If you've got access to a laptop that can run at least windows 3.11, get the one from obd-2.com. It's about the same price, and the realtime logging/monitoring is great.
Every AutoZone should have one and read it free. I work for them, unfortunately, and they do that. So long as it's a generic code, which about 90% are, there would be no problem seeing what it means.
