Pretty sure the stock turbo is going out.. so time to upgrade. That means a domino effect of parts upgrades of course. Should be finished in a few weeks then ready to get tuned for E85. Picked a 16G because I don't need more than 400HP and I want something that will be very responsive boost wise for track days. After I'm tuned I'll have to get the fuel starvation issue resolved permanently... not sure how I'm going to do that without spending thousands.

Blouch 16G-XTR Turbo
1000cc ID injectors
rimmspeed External Wastegate Uppipe with ceramic coating
Tial 38mm wastegate
Kinugawa equal length header
STi oil pan (required for header)
STi intercooler
Killer B oil pickup
Cobb v3 Accessport

The R/C Airplane fuel tank around the Fuel pick up with the fuel return line routed into the said r/c airplane fuel take goes a long way to help the right turn starvation issues.

I already know about that trick but that is not a permanent solution that I feel comfortable doing to my car. I'd rather have a second fuel pump.
