probably because you have 1 post and have only been a member for a month. there's been lots of spamming on here from noob members so the mods have probably curtailed privelages for green members. just my guess.

From what I read you/newbs like myslef must go premium ( $25 a year ), or have been a member for 90 days.

Good luck w/ your sale. $25 to sell your car is not a bad price either.
