yes a new clutch would obviously feel stiffer it just depends on the clutch you buy.
Grip force on ebay has some awesome clutch and flywheel kits for pretty damn cheap.
I got a stage 3 clutch with 6 puck and exedy 18 pound flywheel for 294 shipped.
I have never had a problem with them either they are a good company, with good quality clutches.
