I lost the inner sleeves for the outrigger bushings:
W91379
I could probably just have them machined too if I can get measurements.

Can anyone help?

got my hoes together

backlash looking good

passes puppy inspection

got the diff back together in spite of my massive hangover.

It can't go in the car yet cuz I lost the bushings for this mother fucker

So i started messing with the interior. Cleaned up some metal ebrake related stuff and then put the carpet in to check out what I'm dealing with

*starting* to almost look like a car again

14.3 - 11.5 makes a little more than .5?

I just ordered new bushings. In the event I find the old bosses I can resell them. Quickest and easiest way to keep moving forward. :(

Another stupid thing I'm doing.. I bought a power harness from a car that had foglights and a sunroof so I can try to reuse those pieces and keep OEM wiring/fuse/relay locations
I maybe need 4-6 wires from this whole fucking thing.

I'll probably just give up and make a relay harness.

OH! and I was able to just order the crush tubes from whiteline. They wouldn't let me use the promo code though. :(

$18. Which isn't bad considering if I were to buy steel bar and by the time I mess around with it to get it correct...

anyway, diff and outrigger are in now.
got new axle seals from the dealer before I ended my progress.

axles will go on, then I can torque all the truhart links to spec, assemble the ebrake hardware, put on the wheels and drop the car for now.

I have to rebuild my brake calipers and get them coated next. then move to interior - carpet fitting, seat install, figuring out my wiring..
doors, then engine

That is a good price actually as you say, labor, material, etc...

Oh and to reply from before, I was thinking a 12mm bolt, thus the 11.5 comment, however, I also realized after that it could have been a 14mm bolt. Anyways, moot now!

Progress looks good man.

Happy turkey day

thanks!
I'm catching slack on another forum for not doing at least a single stage on the engine bay; so I'm gonna do that.
Just as soon as I figure out how to keep my garage warm enough to spray.

carpet and seats bolted in, still needs some trimming but got plenty of coverage

axles in, everything torque'd to spec

ebrake hardware put back together

back on the ground again!

only broke one clip, re stripping the engine bay so I can coat it

starting to disassemble the calipers so I can get them coated. Need to buy a fitting for my air compressor so I can get the pistons out.
